Virus in "system volume information"
Hi all !

Yesterday i got like 15 messages from my anti-virus/spyware program that, in the messages is said that is was in my system files and it could't delete it. I have tried to get into the map that is named "system volume information" but i got "accses denied" ... And i downloaded a new anti virus thing that said it would take it away but when it was going to, the whole computer crashed because it tried to delete the files.

Please help me ! What should i do ?

P.S The program i downloaded was "spyware doctor"

System Volume Information means it's in System Restore. Those can usually be flushed out by turning it off, then back on.

On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
Check Turn off System Restore.
Click Apply, and then click OK.

Restart your computer.

Turn System Restore back on and create a restore point.

To create a restore point:

Single-click Start and point to All Programs.
Mouse over Accessories, then System Tools, and select System Restore.
In the System Restore wizard, select the box next the text labeled "Create a restore point" and click the Next button.
Type a description for your new restore point. Something like "After trojan/spyware cleanup". Click Create and you're done.
