Internet explorer 7
I recently removed a bunch of malware and now every time I open explorer it asks me to enter my customized setting but won't save them. I close it and start it again and the address line has this in it (runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx) and it goes to customize setting again- what's wrong. I've tried to set my home page and what I enter is IN the options for home page but it does not load @ start up.
Please help, thanks.

I have fire fox also -no problem. ADD DELETE won't let me get rid of explorer. There is no remove icon, only for the updates listed. Any suggestion?

Just stop using Internet Explorer. The Web browser is tied to the OS, so it'll be difficult to remove it completely, and if you do, your OS may not run properly. Best to just delete shortcuts and make firefox your default browser. That way, in theory, you should never see IE again.

I am guessing. But usually web page settings are stored as cookies. See if your permission for cookies ( Internet Options / Privacy ) is set to medium.
