It's probably unrelated to Norton. Can you explain your wireless internet problem more in-depth? Like does it connect or give you the limited or no connectivity icon?

wifi connection
when i first log on. i have excellent reception. when i click to the internet, cannot connect. icon still shows excellent reception, but has red x across it. confusing, red x on icon to me indicates no connection.

not sure if important. i use laptop at public library. no problems before. thats why i thought that it may have something to do with norton, 3 months trial just expired.

Can other people at the library connect using wifi? Have you tried to right click on the icon and click Repair?
