zone alarm
Dear Helper,
I uninstalled my zone alarm...thinking I couln't get on firefox mozilla due to some interference...and now can't get it back..How do I reinstall it...when I try I get a messagea b out turning off true vector..help

It's likely you didn't shut the program down before uninstalling so not all components were removed. In this state it could still be the reason why you can't connect with Firefox.

Here is a link to some instructions from the ZoneLabs site on how to fully remove ZoneAlarm.

Let me know if you need assistance with any part of it, such as the registry keys. I don't want you going into the registry if you're not sure of what you're doing as you could cause serious damage. So if you're not sure, let me know and I'll be happy to help.
