Firewall not turning on....

I use Trend Micro PC-cillin internet security. I was hosting a Warcraft 3 game earlier and had to turn off my firewall to do so, I went to turn it on after and got an error message saying

Unable to read configuration. Restart your computer and try again. (hr=0x80040201, loc= 5428, num=252.)

I restarted my computer and still got the same message. Help would be appreciated.
