Need help on error message

Can anyone tell me how to handle the following error message when starting up. Error loading C:\windows\wftadfi16_080705a.dll?

I posted on the Windows area and someone suggested I scan with F-Secure and NOD and then run AVG. Did all this and still get this error message when I reboot.

Any suggestions?
