Hi!

Are you connected to a wireless network?

I occasionally see similar messages when I am using my Opera browser (though not specifically on search engines) and I assume it to be part of the attempt to improve security while online.

Unless you are providing really private information, such as bank, credit card or medical details, I personally wouldn't worry too much. Depending on which browser you use, you can check what level of encryption it is using (the software that produces the little padlock on the screen when you are connected to a 'secure' site).

A broadband connection simply means that you have a wider(broader) bandwidth, it does not tell if you are on a wireless or wired network.

I'll asume you are connected via cable/telephone line. In that case I agree with TOGG.

What country are you in?
Is this happening at work or at home?
If at home, who's your ISP and do they perform any monitoring and filtering?
What browser are you using?
What are the security settings, and did you try to reset them?
Did you try another browser?
Do you have any security software installed?
How long and under what circumstances have you had this problem? Always? Only with this computer? Just recently? Are you traveling?
