When trying to log onto aol I get a message:

DLL C:\PROGRAM~1\AMERIC~1.0\tool\rich.rct is not a valid windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette. How do I correct this?

Reinstalling that program may fix the problem.

To not lose information, try updating the Aol program first, and see if that fixes the problem.
