Solved: Browsers and video streams lagging since AVG installed.
That basically describes it, I asked on some other places and they said it had to deal with the web shield and told me to disable it and replace that hole with a solo running web shield but my video streams still lag and my browsers have started lagging up again.

Which version of AVG are you running?

8.0 but I fixed it, I had to turn off both LinkScanner Shield and the WebShield, according to what I've read AVG 8.0 is still as effective with these off anyways.
