Hi - I have made no recent changes to my system, as of last night my computer won't load my hotmail page. I have disabled my firewall and made a few cursory changes in some security and privacy settings, but to no avail. I even did a "restore" system to a previous date, but this didn't help. I have an old laptop on Windows ME and I can load the page fine on it, but I really need access on my desktop. Thanks sincerely for your help. maxman48

Lets see if dns cache contains bad info - flush it with "ipconfig /flushdns " at the command prompt.

Thank you for your response. I ended up "updating" my firewall security software, then found the spot to type in the specific addresses to allow thru the firewall and put in the hotmail.com address as well as the login.com address. That did it for me. I still thank you for your response and hope this info is helpful to others. Maxman48
