Question Solved: IE cannot open MY websites
Suddenly without warning IE cannot open any of my domain name websites.
I can surf the web anywhere but to my sites.
When I try to access my websites I see the index page load then IE error box pops up.
*Internet explorer cannot open the Internet site http://www.thecountrytree.com. Operation aborted".
At first I thought it was something on my compter but I asked a friend who lives 30 miles away to try to access the website but she gets the same error box.
My brother about 60 miles away, though, has no trouble with opening it.

any clues what is going on?

investigating

This problem can be caused by a variety of issues, including:

Internet connectivity has been lost.
The website is temporarily unavailable.
The Domain Name Server (DNS) is not reachable.
The Domain Name Server (DNS) does not have a listing for the website's domain.
If this is an HTTPS (secure) address, click tools, click Internet Options, click Advanced, and check to be sure the SSL and TLS protocols are enabled under the security section.
Have you contacted your hosting site?

yes but that is not the only site that is doing it.

I have 8 sites that are doing it. Funny part is, a friend 30 miles away gets same error.
My brother 60 miles away, loads in fine.

I came across a few other sites while surfing that I get same error......
but all in all, I can surf most every where.

At first I thought it was the server too. But some are on godaddy, some are on a small independent server.
