Unhappy Norton Internet Security Auto Protect error
Could someone please help me? My daughter brought her PC home from college this week and she is getting an Auto Protect error (Browsing not safe). Regardless of what I've tried the Auto Protect will not activate. I,ve followed all Norton's suggestions. The error is technically "auto protect error 0x000003EE". Please help.

A second issue is that she seems to have a Wimad-E Trojan virus and I am wondering what the best way to remove it would be. Her Norton seems to be updated with the latest definitions.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

Just use NIS to remove the trojan. As for the error, try uninstalling and then reinstalling.

Anyways, you should wait for our in-house Norton expert: Michael York. Haha.
