Cool Trend Micro error
I have a new Dell Laptop... Trend Micro installed for free Anti-Virus 18 months. All of a sudden it stopped working... "PcCtlcom module stopped working" My Trend icon disappears when i put the cursr over it in the system tray.... The program won't even run...

How can I fix this? I tried the Dell Support center, such a wait time and I think the Support Reps are in another country.

Thank you

Hi you may need to uninstall and then reinstall Trend Micro.
In this case it's not related to Dell.
