Protecting sensitive information
Hi all-

We have some information that we want to provide employees on a monthly basis that is of a rather sensitive nature. We want to be able to present this information to employees somehow without allowing them to print, copy, save or e-mail the page. I know with PDF you can lock it down so they cannont print or copy, but the Save functionality is still there as well as e-mail. Are there any programs that can be used to lock down documents in this fashion? We had been considering sending the information as an attachment in an e-mail but there does not seem to be any way to stop them from saving the attachment or forwarding it outside the company. We have considered setting up a link on our corporate intranet site as well but want to be able to lock down the documents still.

Any suggestions would be wonderful!

Thanks in advance!!!
