AVG Free 8 Features
Hi,

I would like to learn about the features that are included
with the AVG Free 8 installation:

- LinkScanner (AVG Search-Shield)
- E-mail Scanner
- Plugin for Microsoft Office 2000/XP/2003/2007

I'm using Word from the Microsoft Office 2007 package.
I'm not using any e-mail application, instead I go straight to Gmail.com.

I have no idea what the LinkScanner and Office plugins do.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks.

I've installed the Search-Shield, and I love it.

Will it work with Gmail, or only with applications like Outlook and such?
Gmail never lets any spam message get to my inbox folder,
and I never got an email which I didn't recognize.
