StopSign
I'm new and I'm wondering if anyone has any information about StopSign software. I used it to scan and of course it claimed that I had some threats and now I constantly get pop-ups asking me to purchase the program so I can cure the threats.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

.

It sounds like you have installed a "rogue" anti-malware application.

Unfortunately there are lots of unscrupulous people out there that make fake anti-virus programs, get you to install them for free then tell you, you have a virus and you must pay for a program to get rid.

TechGuy can help you clean these problems up, read this post and follow the instructions:
