what does this mean and can i make it stop???

When you post a problem or question, you will get the best answers if you state your computer hardware, operating system and what you are doing and using when the problem or question occurs.
Doubleclick basically is one of many resources that provides cookies to your browser for entry to various sites and to be able to see various websites. Most spyware removes remove planted tracking cookies, but it is an ongoing battle.
Download and try this great program:
www.superantispyware.com update and scan with it to remove.
