Talking Update and definition viruses
I don't have internet connection and I want to update my Norton /Symantec products and download last virus definitions. How can i do ?

It is:
- Symantec antivirus corporate edition version 10.2,
- Norton antivirus 2003
- Norton personal firewall 2003 version 6.0.2.23

you can't
Well firstly, if you are not connected to the internet, you can't download definitions/updates... But if are not connected to the internet, you pretty much can't get a virus...

Based on the details here, you can update these programs. You'll need access to an internet connected PC -- preferably high speed. The virus updates for Nortons are about 30 megs, so dialup isn't going to cut it. You'll need a USB thumb drive, or external hard disk you can hook up to the 'net connected PC, then browse to http://www.symantec.com/business/sec...il.jsp?gid=n95

Norton's AV 2003 is out dated, but you can still get virus updates. Download the file, then plug in to the home PC and run the file. Updates done.
