OdiAPI.dll??
I am trying to run my program and still getting this message.

"this application Dictwnd.exe has failed to start because OdiAPI.dll was not found. re-installing the application may fix this problem"

someone know what can I do?

Hi and welcome to TSG.
I can find no info on OdiAPI.dll
But Dictwnd.exe is linked to Olympus Software by Olympus Imaging Corp.
If you have any Olympus software on your system try reinstalling it.
