My daughter is having a problem where here email passwords keep getting changed. She has changed her security question, but it still happens. Most recently, her facebook password was also changed. I thought that it might be a comcast issue (our ISP), but with the facebook change now I am wondering if it is a computer security issue. Can you see any problem in this hijack this log?

Has your daughter entered any of her creditanals into bogus sites, such as ones that claim to check who has blocked you ? Does this happen regardless of the password ?

No, she hasn't entered any information into any site like that. Her password email password has been changing about once a day on average for the past couple of weeks, sometimes more often and sometimes less often, and she has been using non-obvious passwords and non-obvious secret questions, and still they keep changing.

You may have a keylogger, so try running a virus scan. Also you could contact the sites involved to see if they are doing it or they can disclose information about when the passwords are changed and what ip did it. As a test try changing the password from a different computer and see if that changes. One last thing, post your Hijack this log in the Hijack this forum, someone may spot something that will help.

As Fabez said, it might be a keylogger, it does sound like one. Your AV should pick it out and eliminate it. Also, try this program; it encrypts what you enter so the keylogger can only see encrypted text, then decrypts it when it gets to the browser. The free version works for Internet Explorer and Firefox.
