avg 8.0 security toolbar

After installing avg 8.0 with security toolbar, as soon as i google, internet explorer shuts down. I can't do any search.

I checked out add/remove program list, and wanted to remove avg security toolbar but i realized there is no option for uninstalling only security toolbar. I think I'm going to uninstall avg 8.0 completely.

Has anybody had this problem? What can be the reason of this?

You can disable the toolbar.

Thanks, although i disabled the toolbar, i couldn't do search because explorer kept shutting down whenever i tried to do search.

I uninstalled avg 8.0 altogether, i can do search now
