IP History Hack Question
Something weird, to me, happened a few weeks ago. I posted some videos' on Youtube, and as usual got some negative comments from the teenagers viewing them. (i.e. Thats lame, your gay...etc). As usual I reponded to them. Then...I get a comment stating "your just a dumb skateboarder anyhow". Now, I dont have any connection to skateboarding on my youtube page, BUT my son surfs skateboard sites all day long and in my history there are always tons of pages with skateboard type sites. My question...is it possible for someone with an e-clue to get my IP and somehow view what sites my IP has visited, or would this be something only a e-professional could do, or is it possible at all. Am I just paranoid that every teenager can see my logged banking etc?

Maybe they followed links to what you have recently watched on you tube, as some video site do that. Try looking at other peoples profiles and see if there are any such links

so Im just paranoid
If you know... is there any chance the scenario I suggested could happen. If I were a computer expert could I see what IP you sent your message from, and use that IP (somehow) to view a log of sites you visited?

I don't know how common the handle "duknud" is, but a quick Google search reveals an eloquent comment on both a skateboarding site and for a skateboard related video on YouTube.

yes, i think you're just a LITTLE paranoid about it. People assume things all the time especially people that you DON"T know online...
also, make sure you don't have active sharing 'on' on youtube. or your recent comment/rating revealed publicly on your profile b/c that can reveal something
