I have Norton 360 v2.3.1.4 running on my Sony Vaio notebook with Windows Vista Business.

Norton Virus and Spyware scan does not complete and freezes, at item scanned 10,110 for example, and keep running endless until I push Skip.

My Norton 360 still warning me show that machine is at risk and ask fix this.

Any solution to this problem. I read many faced the problem but did not read a solution.
