Crash Dump
Hi ,

In my network, we are having around 60 computers. In that 5-6 machines will restart automatically at the same time. All machines will create the dump file. please find the dump file in the attachment. While restarting some systems will show blue screen, soe system will restart without any message.

These machines will restart minimum 2-3 times in a day.All machine are running xp and win 2003 server.

Please help me to fix this issue.

Regards,

Mahesh

All of the logs show a problem with "Rtnicxp.sys". It is a driver for a Realtek network interface card. If you have 5-6 all crashing at the same time I would guess some network traffic is causing it, except that should not happen. I suggest you check to be sure you are running the latest drivers.

Also, your logs are from at least two PCs. The one that crashed three times on 9/10 thinks the year is 2009.

Thanks for your valuable suggestion.I have updated all network drivers and need to wait and see , whether machine will get restart or not.

Is there any chance to restart the machines, if heavy load on Internet usage ?

Thanks,

Mahesh
