Question Password help
i believe i have a similar concern. my teenage son set up a password for himself as the administrator over a year ago. when i had a problem logging on, he turned the password protection feature off. the other morning, with no apparent reason, it began asking for the password again. now he can't remember it and i don't know where i wrote it down. are my only options to download the operating program again?

Hi and welcome to TSG.
A reinstall would be your only option.
You will need an original install Cd..any sort of download would be illegal.
