Trojan Horse SHeur.CJVO?

Hello
I've done a search on this forum, and I've only found one post regarding this Trojan Horse (has not been resolved yet). Has anyone else been infected with this, and does anyone have a removal tool? I've been searching Symantec for one & no information comes up.
Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
