please someone help me!!! i am babysitting and i am using their laptop. i was trying to respond to an email on craigslist and it went to outlook express i think ... it asked for a password so i canceled but now a pop up windows keep coming up every few seconds asking for network password ... i do not have it and i am just trying to cancel this mess ... i was going to try and restore computer but that will not work eiher ... does this mean i have screwed up their compuer????

The box can appear for a few reasons but because its appeared when you tried to email. I guessing the email account doesn't save info. If this doesn't work describe the box more but just cancel it then close Outlook Express. A restart should get rid of it also.
