Red face Problem - Black Screen Of Death
Hello. I just recently switched to Verizon DSL from Cable and the computer started all kinds of popups. The main one was 'Windows cannot find '(null)'.... Ran Stinger and it found 2 viruses and deleted those. I put in the xp pro cd and figured I would reinstall and maybe it would straighted itself out. Well, wasn't long into the upgrade that the monitor went black and nothing. Can't even get far enough on the rebooting to get into safe mode. What do you guys do to recover your puter when something like this happens? Thanks..Will
