Question recieveing send error reports
when i am online for about 5 hours every morning.an about 3 to 4 times i will get those boxes that saids ad error has occoured send report don't send report. then everything freezes.then i have to reboot.i would be in the middle of copy and pasting and i lose my saved data that i need to paste.

What errors are you receiving?

Run system file checker.
http://www.updatexp.com/scannow-sfc.html

Start>run>type
sfc /scannow

You will need the Xp install Cd
