For some reason, every time I try to pull up certain videos or sites, like on MSN video, a Windows Installer box comes up automatically and asks me to "Please wait while Microsft Office configures SR-1 Professional" and then when it can't do that another box pops up saying "the feature you are trying to use is on a CD rom or another removable drive that is not available." Eventually I can keep closing it and it will go through the process three of four more times and eventually open the site, but is there any way to get it to stop. it's driving me crazy!
