XP SP2 reboots when trying to run cmd
Guys, here's the problem:

I just recently reinstalled Windows XP SP2 on my pc. Now after a few days, I tried to run cmd from the run dialog box... and as soon as i press enter the system displays an error message (which i cannot catch) then suddenly restarts... And this happens all the time... Does anyone have any clue to what might have cause this? Help would be very much appreciated.

P.S.- i'm thinking this could be a virus... but it's only a hunch...
