Hi are these points of any use?
  • Is your system configured to allow access to certain files only to those “who need to know” ?
  • Is it possible any past employees, suppliers or contractors may still have access to your systems ?
  • Are your firewalls, routers and other security devices properly configured and delivering the expected level of protection ?
  • Are all your main network and user passwords effective and changed regularly ?
  • Is your web site secure and protected from unauthorised tampering ?
  • Have your server systems and user workstations been kept up to date with security patches from Microsoft and other software vendors ?
  • Are your anti-virus, anti-spam and anti-malware applications effective and up to date ?
  • Have you had your IT system security checked in the last 6 months ?
