In windows Security Center the Virus protection NOT FOUND. Click here to get Antivirus Pro 2009 License. But it will not respond it lock up the computer. I tried to delete it in add/remove program and cannot find . also my computer only operates in windows XP safe mode only. If I try to use it the regulator way it keeps running antivirus pro 2009 update pop up windows and nothing else.

Antivirus Pro 2009 is a major spyware program and you are infected and need to download hijackthis and then run it and place the file in the Malware removal Forum here.

Ok then we are not supposed to do this but have no choice here. Download this on your desktop, then install update and do a complete scan with it on laptop. If you cannot do that in Windows, reboot tapping F8 continulously until you can choose "Safe Mode with networking" and update and scan there.

Rich M.
Thanks Rich

I guess we waited to long to contact you Guys . The computer will not go online even in safe mode. I tried to down load on my Lap top and burn to a cd. Took the cd to my desk top but the desktop will not let the cd load. The virus is blocking everything. The desktop to me is not worth tying to repair. The Only thing we wanted to get off of was Family Pictures. I have run out of time to go any further with it. Until next time, see you later.

Again Thanks,

Ernest Rials

If you still have time, here is a special version of Superantispyware for situations where you cannot complete regular install. This one should completely install and work for you.

Yes this will allow you to install Superantispyware to a throughly destroyed pc and run scans. I know of no other company that has this special version which I assume allows you to bypass the Windows installer. So download the install on good pc and then bring it over to "mess" on cd or flash drive and install there.
