Hi guys,I Kapersky Internet Security version 7.0 and i recently installed it,it installed with no problems whatsoever,until i am prompoted with a message saying "update databases" so i clicked on this and all was well until it didn't get past 0% then showed me a message saying "data bases are obselete" and "the update sources cannot be found" I have looked online and emailed kapersky and theyhave no replied,i really need this resolved as there is a trojan WIN32 something or other lurking in my machine which cannot be removed(at least not with windows defender) which says it has errors and cannot remove.i'd be very appreciative if someone could help/resolve my problem,i've been trying to fix this for a while and i've even re-installed and this does not work,i can assure that i have a working internet connection so that will not be the case,please help me,if anyone knows a direct answer to this problem,please msn/email me on jwilton777@hotmail.com
