Pop-ups with no Browser Open
I'm usually pretty good with computers and security and all that, but I have scanned plenty of things, looked through most everything I have trying to find a Virus of some sort, I can't seem to find one, and yet whether I am Gaming or just surfing the web, I constantly get small cube or rectangle pop-ups, or large ones. Has anyone here ever had this kind of problem and solved it. I would be grateful for any help I can get for this problem.
