Hi everyone, and thanks in advance for any help. I am fairly certain I have a stupid question, so maybe someone will have an easy answer! About once a day, or once every couple days I get an error message stating "spbbc update manager has stopped working and has been closed".
I have searched, but all I can find is "spbbc" listed in hijack files.
From what I can gather, this is related to symantec endpoint protection, which was on the computer when I bought it.
If anyone can tell me what to do about this I would be stoked.
Sorry if I have posted in the wrong area, I dont know enough about my problem to be more specific.
Thank you

Is this possible without a symantec disc? It was already installed on the computer when I bought it. | | Senior Member with 1,328 posts. | | | | | | | Junior Member with 4 posts. | | Join Date: Nov 2008 Location: Cornelius, NC Experience: I can break anything | | Won't that run out? I would hate to get rid of a program that is a full version only to replace it with a temporary version. Also, I have still been searching through google and other forums for more instances of this problem, but cant find anything related at all.
Am I looking in the wrong places? I even called symantec, and those folks wanted info that I don't have (because it was already on my laptop, I didn't buy the software) so they wouldn't help me. Couldn't find anything about it through symantec support either.

Usually security programs that comes with a new computer have a time limit. | | Junior Member with 4 posts. | | Join Date: Nov 2008 Location: Cornelius, NC Experience: I can break anything | | New, but I am pretty sure this is a permanent install...came with some type of package maybe? | THIS THREAD HAS EXPIRED.
