Unhappy memory drop
This problem started a while back about a month. i have read about what other people say it always happens... but depends on what is says. i have taken pics so i could read that it say as i only had a few seconds to read it.

this was the first one

now it says these two. These only started about 3 days ago... so it changed, I have run AVG, AD-Wear and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

*** win32k.sys – address 966DCBC8 base at 96690000, Datestamp 48d1b9ef



It all starts when i turn the computer on it starts normally then after about a min it does this memory drop and restarts and then doesnt do it agian after that only once the computer has been of for a while then turned on. so im thinking it has something to do with the start up ??? i really dont know


plz help i have used tec support once and i got helped


hopefully someone can help me this time
