Internet Security Issues
Hi....I just recently fixed some virus problems with some help from on here and then turned on a newly installed Kaspersky program because my Norton 360 had previously stopped working. Everything appeared to be fine for a few days but when I logged on this morning Kaspersky appears to be on but im getting a Windows Security Alert saying that Kaspersky is turned off. Any ideas as to what might be going on?

go to start > run > services.msc and make sure that everything labeled Kaspersky is running. You can scroll down in the right hand pane to the k section, double click on each, make sure that they are set to automatic, and if 'stop' is grayed out and start is not, click on start.
