Solved: A good combination??
I really need an internet security solution. I wanna try the free products out there. But I can't decide what to choose. I would like an Internet security suite but Only product that comes free is the COMODO Internet Security. But don't know how good it is.

How is the combination of Avira(free) + Comodo Personal firewall??

I want a solution that doesn't take much resources!

Thanx

Hi there,

I'd recommend going with AVG antivirus and antispyware. They have free versions available of both, and together they don't use too many resources compared to some of the other paid titles. And their antispyware also includes features to protect you while online, so the two should keep you covered 360 degrees.

Hope this helps.

yes comodo, avast and comodo internet security work the best, comdod is rated best firwall and i believe it to be true. comdodo internet security has on access antivirus and firewall. the 2 antiviruses owrk perfect together. and hrlow2, avira isnt as good as avast> it has more options like bott time scanner- very effective

no problem, it isnt really a recource hogger but isnt the best, use the licence until it expires then switch to comodo internet security, or do it now and disable outpost, and also its good to have one firewall so disable windows firewall its useless.
