Hi everyone

Yesterday I received a reminder that my Trend Micro 2007 was expiring today so I downloaded and paid for the 2009 version - what a mistake!! I am using Windows Vista on a Toshiba Satellite A200.

Since then my computer had the scary blue screen for quite a few hours which I have now managed to fix. I have since uninstalled the 2009 version but it won't let me uninstall the 2007 version because it is saying the 'Setup' is open (I can't for the life of me find out how or why?).

I cannot access the internet or email now and I don't know what to do - I've been trying to figure this out for about 12 hours now

Trend Micro do have an online support system but I am in Australia and can't access it until tomorrow because of time differences.

How do I uninstall 2007 version and get my internet working again?

I'm using my brother's laptop so that I can find a solution as my computer is now completely useless!!

Please help I think I'm desperate!!
