Choppy Screen for all Uses, not just Gameplay
I'm using a Dell Latitude with a 20GB HDD, ATI Mobility Radeon 7500 Graphics card, and 1024MB RAM and the screen is really choppy. It doesn't matter what i'm doing, whether it be viewing a web page, or watching a movie. What could be causing this?

how choppy, like is the screen containing huge lines across it, if possible show me a screen shot. it is possible for it to be a spyware or something changing settings or something. create a sys restore point and then restore to date before it hapened. how did it start, one morning did you turn it on and there it was? If possible tell me if you downloaded something before or any details. I will be glad if I can help.

its not spyware or something i downloaded. it just has a low frame rate i guess... the mouse kind of jumps around, and movies are really choppy, no matter what the quality or screen size. Also, when playing audio, it is also choppy

well it costs 19$, maybe you should buy one and bring your laptop to a pc store and have them replace it for your.

or you can try updating the driver and update your pc to sp3
