I got an email from a friend on Facebook and stupidly downloaded it. There was a Trojon virus with it. Used McAfee to get rid of it, but since then I've been unable to access the internet. It shuts Foxfire down and doesn't allow me access to IE.

It's a new Dell - Inspiration 530S - running Vista. I did a HijackThis log and this is what comes up. If anyone can help me with this I would be most grateful. I do know my way around computers, but not with the kinds of files I should be looking for.
