Both are good. But there are better antispywares than them. You should go for SuperAntispyware, Spyware Doctor Starter Edition, MalwareBytes Antimalware, Spybot-Search and Destroy. All these are good.

well adaware used to be good 3 or 4 years ago and it was the best but now all what it does is detect cookies only spyware terminator is very good in its realtime protection but it isn't the best you can get

super antispyware free:

http://www.superantispyware.com/down...NTISPYWAREFREE

malware bytes anti-malware(free with no realtime protection and can be upgraded to paid to get realtime protetion and automatic updates)

http://www.download.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html&sa=X&oi=revisions_result&resnum=2&ct=result&cd=1&usg=AFQjCNHE CRxY-gUoLcBWq_QXwYnbV_KPOA

a-squared free:

http://download4.emsisoft.com/a2FreeSetup.exe

spybot search and destroy:

http://www.download.com/Spybot-Searc...-10401314.html

actually i am using super anti-spyware free,a-squared free and malware byets antimalware in addition to avira premium and outpost firewall pro and i never had a problem dealing with viruses and spywares and the most i reccomend is malware bytes anti-malware

Of course it's a matter of opinion but to me Adaware is really old technology and not of much value these days, the same as Spybot. I found Spyware Terminator has some good detection but it also falls prone to many false positives and is one of the most annoying least trainable applications I have ever used as for security popups.
Malwarebytes and Superantispyware have it all over all of them for now, imho!

I currently have SuperAntiSpyware,MalwareBytes, and SpywareBlaster on my machine. They all seem to play well together.
