error loading savrt32.dll

i have symantec corporate 10.2 and have loaded it fine on ten machines. last one I have installed and re-installed but keep getting "error loading savrt32.dll". I've gone to symantecs sight and google it but have yet to see anything similar to my problem. Any suggestions?
