Hi sartaj and welcome to TSG.

Sounds like you have corrupted settings in your BIOS configuration (More information about half way down on this page on the MS web site.)

What happens when you press the F4 function key?

Could be the sign that the BIOS battery no longer has enough power in it, time for a new one perhaps

A new battery is 3-4 dollars and available in places that sell camera/watch batteries. I agree with the earlier post which said to replace the battery.

There are usually two chips that hold the BIOS/boot settings. One is permanent storage holding the default data and the other runs off the battery and holds the user selectable info, including the time. Removing the battery erases that stuff for a clean boot, but a weak battery allows the data to go corrupt.

the reason is because the BIOS battery is dead thus it doesnt have enough power in it for the BIOS to keep it's settings.
Replace the BIOS battery
