I have purchased an e-book that I could study. Originally I could access the book, but now I can no longer access it. I get an error message indicating no internet connectivity.
I have CA security Suite installed on this computer, and I suspect that is the problem, but have been unable to resolve the issue.
The e-bbok is not stored on the computer, but rather is accessed through the internet and displayed on the computer. I have tried uninstalling the book, and redownloading with no luck (Advice received from book publisher). Of course CA is no help as well.
Under the firewall settings I have given access to the program that access the ebook on the internet (the file name is the name of the book with a file extension indicationg it is an exe file). When you look at the ebook file, it list the name of the book, as an exe file and includes a description of ebook proviewer. I have searched for a seperate file with the name of "ebook proviewer", but have been unable to find it. Any suggestions would be appreciated
