I'm trying to install Blueyonder PCGuard internet security software on a new Vista laptop. Got an error with 'Radialpoint' during installation but didn't record it as I intended to uninstall/re-install.

However InstallShield Wizard now tells me that "Your computer must be rebooted before this install or uninstall can be run." I've rebooted many times and tried both install and uninstall. Can't get past this error.

Nothing obvious to me in the registry (which I don't know my way around).

I'd be grateful for any suggestions.
