Security Center Says "Automatic Updates Off"
My pc says the automatic updates are off but when I open the menu to change it to on it says its on already. In the security center when I go to change it myself it says in a pop up that windows can't change it.

Sounds like your Windows update file is corrupted.....check out the knowledge base at Microsoft - one link that MIGHT be of use (check others depending on nature of problem) is

Try downloading and running Malware AntiMalwarebytes (google it) - if this fails - close this thread and run through HJT part of forum.
