Virus issues
I have a trojan virus that is screwing up my whole computer. I'm getting tons of pop-ups and i can't search for a fix because any time i click on a link i get redirected to an advertisement site. It is over-riding my windows firewall and it turned automatic updates off and won't let me change them back. i tried removing and reinstalling AVG but i ended up having to download it in a torrent because of the whole redirecting problem. Now i have AVG installed again and i scanned my computer but it's out of date and it won't connect to the internet to update. Spybot search and destroy turned up a lot of things but didn't fix anything as far as i can tell. I'm very limited to what I can acquire online so it's unlikely that i can't find a solution. i'm having to type this post from my phone. Any help at all would be GREATLY appreciated.
