Cannot Access User Names
I have a friend who is trying to access a user name on her computer. When she clicks on it it acts like it is going to log on but it then takes you back to the user name log on screen. What is wrong here? Oh BTW she is running Windows XP

Boot in safe mode by pressing "F8" when the computer is booting up and run HijackThis! .Please read this and post here.
